Sapulpa Parks & Recreation rentable facilities, including:

Aquatics Center:

Group Rentals: All fees are due at the time of reservation.

No Refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

Pool Concessions may be open upon request. Group catering options are also available.

Group facility rentals are scheduled after public swim hours.

Staffing will vary based on the size of the rental party and shall be adjusted to accommodate the participant safety level mandates.

• SMALL GROUP – (Up to 50 people) - $150/Per Hr.- 2 Hr. Minimum
• MEDIUM GROUP – (51-100 people) – $250/Per Hr.- 2 Hr. Minimum
• LARGE GROUP – (101-200 people) – $450/Per Hr.- 2 Hr. Minimum
• BUSINESS/CORPORATE – (201 to 415 People Max.)   $750/Per Hr.- 2 Hr. Minimum

Birthday Party Package:
All fees are due at the time of reservation. The Birthday Party Package includes the $3.00 gate admission for children and adults.

Birthday parties are allowed to bring in a birthday or celebration cake. No other outside food or drinks are allowed. A party reservation is required in order to bring in a birthday cake.

Fee includes a slice of pizza or nachos or a hot dog, a drink, and an ice cream bar for all children.  All birthday parties are made by advance reservation.

• No Refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance. (2 Hour Time Limit)
• Groups of Up to 10 Children – $125.00 ; $10.00 Per Each Additional Child

Locker Rentals: - • $1.00 Plus $1.00 Key Deposit (Refundable when locker key is returned)

$25 a day (24 people or less)
$50 a day (25 people or more)

Senior Center & Community Center:

$25 per hour / 2 hour minimum.  $50.00 (refundable) cleaning deposit.

$300 ($100.00 refundable cleaning deposit)for large events: weddings, conference, seminars, etc.

Tents: $6 per night (2 tents per site)
R/V’s: $12 per night (1 R/V per site)
